Template - review with a lawyer before publishing. This reflects how the app currently works, but it is not legal advice. Update the bracketed fields and confirm it matches your final data practices and your jurisdiction's requirements.

Avail Alert helps friends find a good moment to call each other. We are privacy-first by design: the app has no social feed, no public profiles, and no advertising. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it for others' marketing.

Who processes it

We use service providers strictly to run the app: Amazon Web Services (hosting and database), Apple (App Store and push delivery), and Expo (push notification delivery). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account from the app, which removes your profile, availability, and connections. To request deletion or a copy of your data, reach us through the app's Feedback option.

Your choices

Children

Avail Alert is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page and the "last updated" date when this policy changes.
